Charges of Bioterrorism

This is a document link which appears to be the formal “charges” as filed (?) in a civil Austrian court concerning a conspiracy by pharmaceutical companies and public/private partnerships under the auspices of the UN and related agencies.
Tony posed a question asking my opinion on this action, so I thought I’d post it right up front.

I have a clear sense that this was crafted by “insiders” of the so-called “truth movement” to promote FEAR and LIES to a base of activists who will spread it far and wide within the information circles of the internet. It violates obvious logic (why would a pandemic meant to decimate the population of the United States be started in Austria?), supports an erroneous concept of “live virus” and assumes the existence of a “Spanish Flu virus” and purports to present evidence of a scientific and factual nature to bolster what are excessively overreaching claims. This looks to me like an attempt to suck you down the never-ending ‘rabbit-hole’ and disaffect your reason and logic. Only “truthers” would ever read it…..and it’s too faulty and too long to bother taking on point-by-point….waste of time!
BUT, the issues are important, and I’ll be addressing them at length as this blog rolls along……
thanks for asking, Tony.

I’d like to add here that there are at least two major presuppositions with which I heartiliy disagree; 1) that if pharmaceutical companies stopped acting criminal, there would be safe vaccines, and 2) the intent of the Preamble/Bill of Rights is to safeguard our ‘health’.

1)Language such as this: “Are the people of America going to be forced to accept into their blood an unproven, untested, toxic drug…?” and “…there is a high probability the vaccines will cause injury or death…” supports a FALLACY that proven, tested, nontoxic vaccines that don’t cause injury and death exist.

2)and here also: “…any judge who attempts to interpret law..not in alignment with the overwhelming intention of the protect the Liberty, Life, Happiness, including health and property of the people..has failed to understand the objective, logical necessity inherent in these documents.”  Where does it come up in the founding of the Constitution that the government is the keeper of the people’s health? The intent of the Preamble/Bill of Rights as I see it is to protect our rights of free speech, free press, free association and ownership. I have to agree with Benjamin Rush who said that “medical freedom” should be written into the Constitution precisely to prevent the government from becoming the keeper of our health.

Dr. Rush: “Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship…”

  1. Thanks Jennifer for the follow up.

  2. Jennifer,

Are you saying that Jane Burgermeister is a shill working for the bad guys?

    • Take me at my word, Tony. This document is like corrupted legislation promoted to slide by for the very real needs it addresses, yet is unfit to stand as that for which it intends. Like a bad piece of legislation….vote no and take it back to the drawing board.

  3. This reminds me of the Phil Berg court cases “for” the 9/11 victims’ families and “against” Obama. We know what happened in the case of the victims’ families, who are essentially gagged for taking miniscule payoffs. In the case of Obama’s birth certificate, Berg could establish legal precedent that could gum the works up for any further claims. Same could happen with this pandemic terrorism case. When courts are involved it’s all about precedent and contracts, in other words, Talmudic argument leading to a consensus that becomes law.

Thanks for all your work, Jenny. I read as much of it as I can. Just don’t feel I have much to comment on most of the time because it’s pretty foreign territory to me.
